Service Description

If the income level of an eligible senior's total income falls below the level guaranteed by the province, the supplement is provided to make up the difference. Seniors in receipt of federal Old Age Security (OAS) or the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) will receive the Senior's Supplement automatically, provided their GIS rates make them eligible.
