Service Description

The Family Support Program provides assistance and support to parents or caregivers with children from birth to age six. Offers outreach, parent training, and education to families who require support in order to manage parenting responsibilities. The Early Childhood Development Program promotes health in pregnancy, birth, infancy, and early childhood. The Home Instruction Program For Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) Program assists parents teaching and preparing their three- to five-year old children at home for school readiness. Serves Vancouver, and provides referrals for residents of other lower mainland cities.
